Refund & Return Policy

At Ocean Fruit Supermarket, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help. Please review our policy below.

Perishable items (produce, dairy, meat, fish, bakery, deli & frozen)

Because fresh and perishable products have a limited shelf life, any issue with these items — such as damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or missing products — must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Once reported in time, we will provide a refund or replacement for the affected item.

Non-perishable grocery items

Non-perishable grocery products may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.

With a receipt: you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Without a receipt: returns are accepted for store credit only.

Items that cannot be returned

For health and safety reasons, opened perishable products and items past their shelf life cannot be returned unless they were damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
